Your personal data shall be processes for the purposes of recruitment to the position you have applied for, as well as for future recruitment processes in Südzucker Polska S.A.;
Your personal data shall be processes under par. 6 sec. 1 letter b) and c) of the general regulation on data protection within the scope to which you have expressed consent data shall be processed in the future under par. 6 sec. 1 letter a) of the general regulation on data protection;
at any time you have the right to access your data and amend, correct, delete, limit their processing or object their processing as well as the right to transfer your data;
the recipients of your personal data shall be the employees of Südzucker Polska S.A. handling the recruitment process;
Your personal data shall be stored until you withdraw your consent or until the recruitment processes at Südzucker Polska S.A cease;
Without prejudice to other administrative processes or means of legal protection in court you have the right to file a complaint to the supervising body if you believe that processing your personal data in any way infringes upon the general regulation on data protection;
The provision of your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for concluding an employment agreement.
