The Company appointed a Compliance Officer with a view to effective control, monitoring, and documentation of measures taken in this respect. The person in this position is required to conduct an ongoing review of processes at each stage of the Company\u2019s operations in terms of compliance with the Code of Ethics, laws and regulations, and generally accepted community standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
